Thanks for sharing! I am going to be facilitating a study group on how to teach students to do authentic research and this presentation came in handy.

Great presentation. There are so many good ideas! I was taking notes when an idea came to me about where it could fit in with my curriculum. Thanks for sharing

Liz,
Thank you so much for the PDF ! I'm so glad that I stumpbled on it tonight. Your hard work will have a great impact on so many students ( not to mention their teachers). We'll all benefit greatly from your hard work. One million thanks!

Liz,
I do a multimedia project each year with my 5th graders. We use Movie Maker to produce a Digital Autobiography. The students scan pictures of themselves from birth to 5th grade and narrate behind each category frame. I guess what I would like to know is what advantage is Frames software over Movie Maker. I know nothing about Frames except what I have seen in your videos and what little research I have had time to do. Let me know if you think this software would be worth purchasing or perhaps I should go for some other software you have like Pixie. I teach grades K-5 and love to excite them with new ideas and ways to do their ordinary classwork. Let me know what you think.
