The past few weeks have been full of excitement and fun!  My fourth graders just finished their first attempt at Frames.  I will post some videos soon!  They only get computers 2x every 6 days for 30 minutes.  None of them want to leave the lab!  My fifth graders are just finishing book trailers.  I am so proud of them!  They really did an awesome job.  Today we recorded for the first time with our new headphone/microphone combos at my middle school lab.  We battled recording last year…

Back in the full swing of thing here at SJCCSD.  My Kindergarteners are loving Pixie, they have just finished up a cute shape/counting book.   I had forgottten how difficult it is to engage Kindergarteners for any period of time!  Hats off to all you K teachers out there!  My second graders are completing their All About Me which is a Pixie project.  Their voices are so cute!  And my fourth graders have taken the plunge into Frames 5 which is exciting.  They have written personal cinquains…

Today is our last day with the students just picking up report cards and leaving. In a way it is bittersweet.  I will miss the students this summer, but my bags are stuffed full of things to work on for Fall.  Looking forward to discovering awesome ways to use Frames 5.   I have learned so much this year teaching technology, and I look forward to exploring new things that Tech4Learning has to offer.
